After fierce competition, the first prize, the second prize and the third concerning Chinese banquet table, western banquet table, Chinese bed making, Chinese cooking of hot food, Chinese cooking of cold dish as well as Chinese pastry are confirmed, in which ZHAI Yongyong from Oriental Hotel wins the first prize of Chinese cooking of hot food, LI Wei from Oriental Hotel also wins the first prize of Chinese cooking of cold dish, FENG Yanwei from Fuhua Hotel wins the first prize of Chinese pastry, LIU Dan from Oriental Hotel wins the first prize of Chinese banquet table because of being more skillful, LIANG Xiaojuan from Fuhua Hotel wins the first prize of Western banquet table, and another competitor from Fuhua Hotel-WANG Ying wins the first prize of Chinese bed making due to excellent performance.
